Silver & 24 carat gold Keum Boo triangle pendant.
 
Triangle cut in silver, textured and decorated with 24 carat gold design using Keum Boo method, then oxidised to darken the silver and highlight and contrast the gold details.
 
The sterling silver chain and jump ring can be oxidised to darken to match the pendant, last picture shows oxidised 925 silver chain.
 
Keum Boo meaning "attached gold" is an ancient jewellery technique originating in Korea, which is used to attach gold to silver. The bonding of gold and silver is achieved through pressure and heat.
